Actually, can anyone on here tell me how I can post pictures on this board? I recently got a scanner, so now I can post all my choice I.D. tour photos here.
Last night was interesting. After attending a record listening party for the new King Crimson album ( with mssr.s' Fripp & Belew present) My lady & I trotted across town to attend Roger Manning and his lovely girlfriend Charlotte's annual post-New Year's party. Jason was conspicuously not present, but Steve McDonald (with wife Anna in tow) was there. The only other celebrity sighting: Nikka Costa, who's very cute in person. I was especially happy to see Robbie Eagle, who was the steadfast & true Road Manager of I.D. during our sometimes grueling '96 tour. It was good to see him. He even brought his friend Paul, the good-looking guitar tech who tech'ed for us only briefly in Europe (on the short promotional tour we did with the other Sony acts on the WORK label) and managed to score with every hot chick he set his eyes on. He was my hero. The evening ended with the usual watching of R & C's collection of the Videobizzare. A splendid time was had by all.
