Listen up, dragsters. I need your help. If ANYONE has copies (That's SPARE copies, not XEROX copies) of any magazines, posters, flyers (adverts), Articles, Promo photos, whatever, please contact me through this website by leaving me your e-mail address. I am especially interested in any Japanese magazines & articles, since I really don't have that many. Believe it or not, even though I was diligent about trying to scrape up as much I.D. paraphernalia as I could get my grubby, little paws on, there's still a lot of stuff I never got a hold of. You would think people would just hand the stuff over, but you'd be wrong. I spent hours bugging the shit out of our record company to send us photos and press clippings, but they couldn't be bothered.
Especially upsetting to me, was the fact that I tried to get the photos from the RIP (a fitting title) Magazine article on us. The photos were amazing (which, coming from someone as hypercritical as ME, is saying alot!). They were taken at our Video shoot by a really talented guy named Stephen Stickler. I actually bumped into him two years after we broke up, and when I asked him if he had the photos, he told me that Sony still had the negatives. After getting the proverbial runaround (it really is true what they say about people in the "business" not returning your phone calls once you fall out of favor), they finally informed me that Bob Guccione Publishing had them. Sadly, Guccione Publishing informed me that RIP magazine had folded, and the photos were thrown away. What a shame.
Anyway, please, PLEASE contact me if you have anything you can send me, I'd really appreciate it (AND- I might even reward you with a special little surprise!)
