: I believe it would be "male to female" surgery, noting the large sizes of the female clothing. So the person is now a "she". The reverse surgery, female-to-male is more uncommon, and would result in someone who would wear small sizes of men's clothing. (Believe it or not, I took a seminar addressing TS surgery un law school...)
