"Meanwhile , in music news, Imperial Drag is a new band sporting some
familiar names, chief among them keyboardist Roger Manning, a founding
member of Jellyfish and singer and co-songwriter Eric Dover for the song
'Boy or a Girl', Manning and Dover stopped by our studios recently to
tell us more about Imperial Drag."
ROGER MANNING, Imperial Drag: The thing that is really great about
Imperial Drag versus other projects we've both been involved in is that
there is a real improvisational side now to this group, and so, you know,
you come see a live show and it's going to be way different, a lot more
chances are taken.
ERIC DOVER, Imperial Drag: Yeah, it's like no two shows will be the same
if we can help it. Just because I think once you kill the spirit, you
know, how can you move an audience?
KURT: Imperial Drag on the road now, and playing Houston on Saturday,
and Atlanta on Monday.
