Excerpt from an IRC session with Eric Dover:

girlstudio: I heard you played a show in Boston buck naked after reading the review of the Imperial Drag in Rolling Stone -- is this true?
Eric Dover: It was in Providence, and I was not naked -- I was wearing a little bit of silver like Joan of Arc.

So the story goes, after reading the review (which was not fully complimentary), Eric D. was a bit distraught.
As is his nature, he channeled his emotions into some creative energy and played a very scantily-clad show that night.

I wasn't at this show but I've heard that it was a great one.
